Newsletters can be so much fun
Looking out of the window, I see it's raining again. Hope it clears up later so I can go for a (dry) bike ride. I'm more and more conscious of how easy it is to let health and fitness slip when I spend so much time at the computer. The latest thing I had to look up for my wife (she's always asking me to) was accoustical ceiling tiles. Don't ask me why - she gets these crazy ideas sometimes. She'll probably tell me all about it later (and, of course, I'll realise that it wasn't really crazy at all). Uh-oh! is that a break in the cloud I can see?
